Open finance partnership platform mmob has appointed former founder of Yielders Irfan Khan as CEO.
Khan co-founded mmob in 2020 with the intention to democratise access to new services that improve and enhance consumers’ financial security and wellbeing.
Mmob uses open finance to enable digital brands to launch complementary services and establish new revenue streams.
In 2015, Khan founded Islamic fintech and real estate crowdfunding platform Yielders, which now has more than 8,000 customers.
Khan said: “As digital financial services have matured, consumers are actively looking to engage with services that enhance their lifestyle.
“Our open finance infrastructure and platform connects digital service providers together to create value-driven e2e ecosystems that enable both consumer and company to flourish.”
He added: “By connecting a global network of digital service providers and fintech with innovative new products and the consumer, mmob’s platform has been engineered to deliver exceptional value to everyone in the ecosystem.”
Khan has worked as a consultant on large-scale digital transformation projects for several banks, including HSBC, Barclays and RBS.
