The app uses OpenBaking, Credit Referencing, and AI technology to reduce the time it takes for customers to receive advice around handling their debt and the solutions available to them based on their personal circumstances. Alternative communication methods give app users autonomy and heightened control over their discovery of a debt solution that suits them, which comes from 24/7 app access, freedom to work through the process in their own time, and debt advisors available to speak to through chat or call functions.
