Token.io will return as headline partner of Open Banking Expo UK and Europe 2024 on 15-16 October for the fourth consecutive year.
Global Open Banking payments platform Token.io first came on board as a partner in 2019 and as headline partner of Open Banking Expo UK and Europe in 2021, becoming one of the first partners to commit to the Expo in the year following the pandemic.
Adam Cox, co-founder and managing director of Open Banking Expo, revealed in October last year that Token.io had renewed its partnership to the end of 2025.
It was announced last week that Open Banking Expo UK and Europe Expo has expanded for 2024, with the introduction of two co-located shows this year – the Smart Data Show and the Open Finance Show.
The exhibition has also grown and will move from the Galleria to the Mezzanine, which is the larger space in the Business Design Centre in London.
Todd Clyde, chief executive officer of Token.io, will deliver the Opening Keynote on Day One of the Expo.
Representatives from Token.io, including chief product officer Charles Damen, public policy and strategy director Robert Sullivan, product partnerships and propositions manager Ben Rattue, and chief commercial officer Ronnie d’Arienzo will also be taking to the stage at Open Banking Expo UK and Europe.
Clyde said: “We are thrilled to continue our support for this essential Open Banking event.
“This October, we look forward to engaging with our incredible portfolio of partners and other industry leaders from the UK and across Europe as we share insights and explore new opportunities to drive mass adoption of Open Banking-enabled payments and unlock groundbreaking capabilities, like Commercial Variable and Dynamic Recurring Payments.”
Open Banking Expo’s Cox added: “To have the ongoing support of Todd Clyde and his team at Token.io, as the Expo continues to get bigger and better, is hugely exciting.
“We all know that the success of the Open Banking ecosystem relies on partnerships, and Open Banking Expo UK and Europe is no exception. It is rewarding to see that the partnership we have in place with Token has flourished.”
