1. What, in your opinion, is the most critical piece of the Open Banking puzzle?
Making sure that the ecosystem we are building can last over time and can easily bring in new entities that bring value to the end customers.
Open Banking should be synonymous with flexibility and quick upgrades.
2. Who stands to benefit the most from the successful delivery of the roadmap?
At the end of the day, the customers will be the ones that benefit the most from an ecosystem that gives them better financial services and advice.
3. What are you most excited for at Open Banking Expo Canada?
Meeting fellow colleagues and exchanging with them in-person on the challenges we all face in modernizing the Canadian financial services landscape.
Sallim Dahman is speaking on a panel debate ‘The interplay between Open Banking and Digital ID’ at Open Banking Expo Canada on June 15 in Toronto, moderated by Cindy Zhang, financial services lawyer at BLG. Click here to find out more about the agenda and register for tickets.
