Data platform 9Spokes joins forces with Akoya

White-labelled data platform 9Spokes has formed a strategic partnership with Akoya, an API-only network for consumer-permissioned data sharing, to provide clients of 9Spokes and and their SMB customers with an expanded range of financial insights.
Through the partnership 9Spokes has connected to Akoya’s data access network, enabling a secure and efficient method of accessing consumer-permissioned financial data.
The integration provides access to “enriched financial insights” from more than 800 banks globally, offering clients a comprehensive view of their business’ financial data.
Tom Baran, global head of partnerships and customer support at 9Spokes, said: “Partnering with Akoya represents a significant step forward in our mission to ensure every company has the business intelligence needed to thrive.
“This collaboration not only enhances our platform’s capabilities but also aligns with our commitment to security and innovation in financial data management.”
According to 9Spokes, its users will benefit from improved operational efficiencies, and reduced costs by using insights based on real-time financial data.
Akoya’s chief operating officer Behram Panthaki, said that, by joining forces with 9Spokes, it is establishing a new benchmark in financial data connectivity.
“Our network is designed to enable financial institutions of all sizes to safely share their consumer data with trusted entities like 9Spokes, mitigating the risks typically associated with traditional data-sharing techniques,” Panthaki added.
9Spokes recently launched its multi-bank view feature, providing SMBs with a consolidated view of their financial accounts across multiple institutions and service providers.
